FLAT890 = 890 flat bonus on deposits of 25 or more
All deposit bonus offers, including this one, apply to both USD$ and EUR€ accounts.
Should you redeem coupon code FLAT890, both the bonus and your deposit must be wagered no less than 40 times before you are eligible for a withdrawal. Once you have wagered your bonus and your deposit 40X, you will be eligible for a withdrawal. While this bonus may be played on any game on the site, you must place your wagers on Keno & Slot machines in order for them to apply to your 40X wagering requirements.

All deposit bonus offers, including this one, apply to both USD$ and EUR€ accounts.
Once you have wagered your bonus and your deposit 30X, you will be eligible for a withdrawal. While this bonus may be played on any game on the site, you must place your wagers on Keno & Slot machines in order for them to apply to your 30X wagering requirements.
Term #1 - All Bonuses are Sticky
All of our bonuses, unless stated otherwise, are “sticky bonuses.” This means that you cannot withdraw your bonuses from the casino, as they are automatically withdrawn from your account when a withdrawal is processed.
Term #2 - Deposits are Lost First
At Always Cool Casino, you lose your cash deposits first. Only when you run out of deposited cash do you start losing your bonus balance.
Example: Should a player make a deposit of $100 and receive a 100% bonus, the total amount in his or her account would be $200. If the player bets and loses $50 dollars, his or her cash balance would be $50 dollars and bonus balance would still be $ 100, as the losses are taken out of the cash balance/deposit of $100 first.
Term #3 - Wagering Requirements Must be Met
In order to withdraw after receiving any of the many bonuses Always Cool Casino has to offer, you must first complete the wagering requirements associated with that bonus. You have the option to forfeit all winnings and all bonuses and reclaim the cash balance that remains in your account at any time regardless of wagering requirements.
Term #4 - Maximum Cashouts
Most of the bonuses have a certain maximum cashout associated with them. In accordance to this term, all funds that you are unable to withdraw are zeroed out from your account.
Regarding Free Chips:
Any time a bonus is awarded to a player, and he or she does not deposit any funds he gets a "free chip". The maximum amount a player can withdraw for a free chip is exactly 2X the amount of the bonus.
Additionally, free chips are not withdrawable by money order or check. Players can only withdraw winnings from their free chips via one of the E-wallets offered at AC Casino.
Example: Should a player receive a free chip amounting to $55, the highest amount one may withdraw is 2X that amount. Should any additional funds in your account exceed the maximum cashout of $110, they will be removed (zeroed out) the moment you withdraw.
Regarding all bonuses of 200% & below:
Should a player wish to withdraw from a bonus with a percentage of 200 or lower, he or she may withdraw 5X the amount of the bonus.
Example: If a player deposits $100 and is also awarded a 200% bonus, his or her account will equal $200. The maximum cashout is 5X the amount of said bonus. This means that the maximum amount you can withdraw is $1000. Any further funds in your account that are above the maximum cashout will be removed or zeroed out the moment you withdraw.
Regarding all bonuses of 201% - 1000%
For bonuses that have a percentage of 201% to 1000%, the maximum amount any player can withdraw is 2X the amount of the bonus received.
In the event that a player deposits $100 and gets a 1000% bonus, the amount in their account will equal $1100. Since he or she is allowed a cashout up to 2X the received bonus, he or she may cashout a maximum of $ 2000. At the time of withdrawal, any additional funds in your account that exceed the maximum cashout of $ 2000 will be zeroed out when the winnings are withdrawn.
Regarding All bonuses of 1001% & above:
Should any player receive a 1001% bonus or more, the maximum amount they can withdraw is 1X the amount of the bonus.
Example: In the event that a player deposits $100 and receives a 2000% bonus, the total amount in their account will equal $2100. Given that the maximum cashout is 1X that of the bonus, the maximum amount he or she may then withdraw is $2000. Any funds that exist in the account that equal more than the maximum cashout of $2000 would be removed or zeroed out upon collecting the winnings.
Regarding All "Flat" bonuses:
All "Flat" bonuses have a maximum cashout equal to the amount of the bonus + deposit.
Term #5 - Zero Outs
At Always Cool Casino, claiming the money from two bonuses at once is strictly prohibited. In order to prevent this, our system is set to automatically remove any excess bonus money from your account the moment you claim a new bonus. This applies to all deposit bonuses, so it is recommended that if you have free chips or previous balances, you withdraw them before claiming another bonus. Should you have extra free chip money, you will be zeroed out if that amount equals $1 or less.
When you zero out, all of your wagering requirements are also automatically reset. This means that any wagering requirements on already zeroed out bonuses do not need to be met. However, any wagering made before you claimed your new bonus does not count toward your new wagering requirements.
Term #6 - Wagering Game Limitations
At Always Cool Casino, we are famous for our wide assortment of games. We pride ourselves in that you are not prohibited from playing any of our games no matter what bonus you take.
However, in order to meet your wagering requirements, you are limited to a set number of games. While you can play any game you want you must play one of the "playthrough games" in order to complete the wagering requirements. Playing a non-playthrough game does not count towards the wagering requirements. Information on which games are the playthrough games for a particular bonus is mentioned with each bonus. Should you not find the games listed along with the bonus, this means that you may meet your requirements only by wagering on our Slot machines & Keno.
Term #7 - Daily Free Comps
At the time of signing up, you get to choose whether you would like to receive the Daily Free Comps or not. The Daily Free Comps promotion gives back 10% of your previous day's losses to your casino account as bonus every morning at 5 AM Eastern Daylight Time (USA). You can contact support to turn off the Daily Free Comps at any time.
Any Daily Free Comp credit must be wagered 30 times on any of our Slot machines and/or Keno before being eligible for a withdrawal.
The maximum withdrawable amount on Daily Free Comps after meeting the wagering requirements is 500 (applies to both USD $ and EUR €). The maximum withdrawal amount of 500 is per withdrawal and applies irrespective of the fact that you may be attempting to withdraw a Daily Free Comp credit gotten in one credit or an amount accumulated over several comp credits. Any comp credits in your account over and above the 500 amount are zeroed out at the time of the withdrawal. Until you withdraw or zero out your account, the wagering requirements on the comps keep accumulating along with the comp credits but the maximum withdrawable amount on the comps remains 500. If you submit a withdrawal request to withdraw comp credits after meeting wagering requirements and then play with any new comp credit you may receive your withdrawal request is automatically declined and you are required to meet the wagering requirements on the new comp credit as well before being eligible for a withdrawal on any comp credits.
The maximum cashout or wagering requirements on comp credits are independent of any deposit or bonus you may have in your account as well as any wagering requirements and/or maximum cashouts associated with any of those bonuses. However, if you do happen to have any bonus balance in your account at the time of getting the comp credit or if you happen to redeem a new bonus while having comp credits in your account, then you will be required to meet the wagering requirements associated with that bonus first before being able to wager to complete the wagering requirements for the comp credits. You can complete the wagering requirements for the bonus and choose to get a withdrawal on your bonus without meeting the wagering requirements of your comp credits. However, in this case, the comp credits will be zeroed out at the time of withdrawal and you will not get an opportunity to get them back. Please remember that comps credits are lost last, after any deposits and all bonuses/free chips.
Example scenario explaining comps credits in conjunction with a 2222% bonus :
If you have taken the 2222% bonus on a $ 100 deposit your maximum cashout would be 1X the amount of the bonus i.e. $ 2222 and the wagering requirements on that promotion would be 2322 x 30 = $ 69660. If you were to receive a $ 300 Daily Free Comp credit on top of the $ 2322 deposit and bonus in your account you would be required to wager $ 300 x 30 = $ 9000 to withdraw $ 300 from your account for the daily free comps promotion. However you will first be required to meet the wagering requirements on your bonus ($ 69660). If you meet those wagering requirements and are eligible for a withdrawal you can then wager an additional $ 9000 to get an additional $ 300 on top of whatever you are eligible to cashout out of your balance on the 2222% bonus.

Term #8 - Provide a Real Physical Address
Always Cool Casino requires that all members provide a physical address when opening their account. APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses are strictly prohibited. Any player who provides us with APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses will have his or her deposit refunded and all winnings will be null and void.
Term #9 - Multiple Accounts Are Not Permitted
Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and results in an immediate ban as well as revoked winnings.
We limit our accounts to one per household. This includes computers, email addresses, and credit card numbers. This also applies to shared environments such as libraries, workplaces, dorms, and universities.
Term #10 - You Must be 21 Years of Age or Older
All members must be twenty-one years old or older. We reserve the right to request additional evidence of your age, such as a picture ID or credit card before you are awarded winnings. Picture IDs are also required for withdrawals associated with free chips.
Term #11 - Using Bonus Balance on Progressive Jackpots in not allowed
Should you use your bonus balance while playing any of the slot machines, keep in mind that Progressive Jackpots can only be won when playing with real money funds. (This also includes the jackpot on Caribbean Stud) When you play a progressive jackpot machine with bonus funds, you do not have access to the progressive part of the machine and it is just like a regular slot machine on which you can win regular jackpots but not the progressive.
Example: Should a player deposit $100 and receive a 1000% bonus, the total balance would equal $1100. Should his balance dip below $ 1000 that would mean all his real money has been lost and he is now playing with bonus money. From that point onwards, if he attempts to play the progressive jackpot machines he will be playing them as regular slot machines without the opportunity to win the progressive jackpot. Additionally, you cannot regain your cash balance once you have lost it as it pertains to the progressive jackpot. In the aforementioned example, once the player's balance dips below $ 1000 he won't be able to win the progressive jackpot even if he happens to win and bring his balance back above $ 1000.
Term #12 - Account Terminations
Always Cool Casino reserves the right to terminate your account at any time at our sole discretion.
Should you violate any of the terms expressed here, any winnings in your account will be immediately rendered null and void.
If you are found guilty of creating multiple accounts, Always Cool Casino will confiscate your winnings. However, should you prove that it was not in your intentions to scam the casino, your membership will not be terminated.
In the event that we terminate your account for reasons not mentioned on this page, you will be refunded your deposits within 48 hours of your account termination. We will also send you your winnings at least 45 days before your account is terminated.
If your account is terminated by Always Cool Casino, it results in a permanent ban. Under no circumstance will any banned member ever be permitted to create another account.

Term #13 - Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this page at any time. It is mandatory that all players refer to this page before taking a bonus. Changes are not applied retroactively. Any changes regarding bonuses do not take effect until the player either zeroes out any existing bonus in his account or takes a new bonus.
