Why won't my games play?

I've upgraded my flash player. Why won't my games play?
This can be due to a number of problems, but fortunately they're easily fixed. Try restarting your computer. Should this not work, upgrade your internet browser to the latest version. If you still experience problems, it could be that one of your programs is slowing down your computer. Press Control, ALT, Delete and check your Windows Task Manager to see if this is the case.

If I lose my connection, will I lose my wager?
No. If your internet connection is shut down for whatever reason, our advanced system will monitor your activity to ensure you don't lose any money. What happens exactly depends on which game you're playing. In some cases, your wager is either saved and you can continue playing when you connect. In cases where your wager is completed shortly before a connection break, you can view the status of your game when you return by referring to your Game History.
